In a normal Vegas market, 30-60 days from listing to closing for a properly-priced home. I'll give you an honest timeline based on YOUR home, not industry averages.
What's your commission?+
We discuss commission in person — but I never haggle on phone. What I will tell you: agents who slash their commission usually slash their service. You typically NET more with a full-service agent than a discount one.
Can I sell without an agent?+
